New Ulm Craft & Vendor Events

CRAFTERS & VENDORS SIGNING UP MUST READ!!!


Whether you read these rules or not any Crafter/Vendor that violates any of these rules as well as the event rules will be removed from the group and all your fees paid will be forfeited. No exceptions.
EVENT TIME/SETUP TIME: No Crafter/Vendor is allowed to setup prior to the setup time listed with the event. 

PLACEMENT DURING AN EVENT: Most times we DO NOT set placement for Crafters & Vendors. It's first come first serve. Outdoor events when setting up, do not setup right next to another vendor. For indoor shows we will have a map of placement for all which will be shared on the Facebook Event Page that you must be part of. 

TABLES & CHAIRS: We do NOT supply tables and chairs at all. All Crafters & Vendors must bring everything you need for an event. If we happen to be inside a building that does have tables and chairs that we can use, we will put this on that event page. 

ELECTRICTY: Most of our events DO NOT have access to electricity. Indoor events that have plugs that we can use we will list with the event. Outdoor shows have NO electricity. If you bring a gene to an outdoor show it must be quiet. If the noise is too much, we will turn it off. 

REFUNDS: We DO NOT issue refunds. In some cases we have given funds back depending on the situation otherwise we do not. For events we have to cancel we do give credit for that show. This credit must be used within 1 year.  

WEATHER/CANCELED SHOWS: As a number of our shows are outdoors, if during the event we start to get bad weather we will cancel. Our policy is such: if the show is half in we consider the show completed. If the show is under half completed we will give each vendor 50% of what they paid for another event.  

DRAW TABLES/RAFFLES: During Holly Days with Santa we put out a gift table. Each Crafter/Vendor is REQUIRED to donate 1 item from there table for this. Every vendor will have slips for paying customers to fill out and place in the drawing box at the table. Towards the end of the event on Saturday we will draw slips and start giving away gifts. This is not an option, each attending vendor is required to take part in this.  

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Any and all announcements we make for an event will be on that Facebook event page. You must pay attention to that page. Each event here has that link.   

FACEBOOK: You must become part of our Facebook page. It's easy to do, just request to join.  Here is how page: N.U. Craft & vendor Events.

FACEBOOK EVENT PAGES: When you sign up for any of our events you are required to comment on our Facebook event page as well as share that event. This is required. Each event in this website has the link for that event. You can also find all events listed under EVENTS on our Facebook page.  

ADVERTISING: We handle 99% of the advertising for all events. Our events come out in the paper, on the radio, we have banners out and posters. The 1% remaining is you, the attending. This refers back to Facebook Event Pages. 

VENDOR REPLACEMENT: If something comes up for an event that you are attending and you wish to exchange your space with someone else of the same company, we welcome this, however! this must first be approved by us. We also require to see proof of payment from the new vendor to you. NO VENDOR is allowed to just make a change to OUR event. You are also not allowed to replace yourself with a completely different vendor type. 

ATTENDING: If you sign up for an event, YOU must be present. We will not allow someone to sign up and have another person tend to there space for them whether it be a friend or family. You signed up, you tend the booth. 

DRINKING: I want to make this very clear, if we catch anyone drinking an alcoholic beverage during an event I will personally remove you myself.
That is something I will not tolerate in any way. Our events are for all, adults and kids. And I will not have that at any of my events. Not to mention the liability involved. 
 
NO SHOWS: When you sign up for an event, we expect to see you there. NO SHOWS will be excluded from our group period and you will forfeit everything. If something comes up and you can not make it we expect you to reach out to us ASAP. Some events have limited space and we would like to find someone to take your place.
