Our new rules starting in 2020 will apply to all vendors and crafters in general. No exceptions. 

Our group will be "member group" starting in 2020. We will set up a page in this website for Vendors and Crafters that wish to sign up to become a member of NUCVE. 
Those who sign up will be listed in our site as a member. 
You will be required to attend a couple general meetings over the year.
You will be required to help out on 1 or 2 Tip Nights in 2020.
You will also be required to help distribute posters, cards and brochures for a few events.
In return! all who sign up to be a member will get $5.00 off every event they attend. 
Members will also have first priority on any event they wish to sign up for.
We also understand that some vendors & crafters are a distance out and simply can not drop what they are doing to attend a 1 hour meeting 2 hours away. So what we will do is work more with those vendors & crafters to hit advertising harder around an area they are at and also to help more with an event such as Halloween or setup for Holly Days. If we have a crafter/vendor that is creative and loves to make posters, we could have that person make our posters that will be put out for events. Things like that so they can still be part of everything and be a member with us. 

Those who choose not to become a member will not be asked to help with any of the above but will have to pay full price for any event they wish to attend and also will not be listed in our website.

This will not be reflective on our Facebook page. We still want anyone who wishes to join that group page. 
If you even as a non-member sign up for one of our events you will be advertised. However! Members will get the extra advertising we will be doing come the 2020 year.

*Once you as a vendor/crafter signup for one of our events you agree to the terms we set forth for that event which are as follows. Any special requests or changes to these will be posted or listed on the page event itself and also on Facebook if needed. As you are signing up for one or more of our events, you are required to read and abide by these rules. We will not take any excuses the day of or after for anyone who violates our rules because you failed to take the time to read them.  

Facebook. All vendors and crafters need to go to our Facebook page and like, comment and share the event you just signed up for. Share it as many times as you like. This helps everyone attending the event get more advertising. 

Announcement's. If we make an announcement that pertains to an event you are signed up for, we need you to click like to let us know you read it. Our rules for the event will be listed here but we work to keep everyone updated on our Facebook page the most.

Event Time. Setup time will be listed for the event on that page. Each event will have a different time depending on the event itself. You are not allowed to setup before the time listed. All who sign up are required to stay for duration of the event! Leaving early will get you removed from future events.

Refunds. We do not give refunds. Like most other promoters of events, we do not offer refunds.

Placement during event. Some events are open on placement while others we will direct where we need people to be. 

Handouts. When we host an event and request and state we will be handing out items to shoppers all vendors and crafters are REQUIRED to contribute to this. 

Tables/Chairs. We do not supply tables, chairs or anything else for vendors and crafters. Everything you need you must bring. Some buildings we rent will have these available and we will let you know in the event. 

Electricity. As some of our events are outside with that you will not have access to electricity. Some events however will be indoors and if you need electricity you will be charged an additional $5.00. We have to pay extra, so you will pay extra.
