New Ulm Craft & Vendor Events

Vendors-Crafters
When you registered with this group you agreed to all these rules. When you registered for an event you also agreed to the rules of the event. You will be held to these with no exceptions.


EVENT TIME-SETUP
No crafter/vendor is permitted to setup prior to the time stated with the event. 

TABLES-CHAIRS
We DO NOT provide any of this for our events. Everything you need you must supply. Make sure what you bring will fit within the space you are signing up for. 

ELECTRICTY
When we are indoors no crafter/vendor is allowed to plug in to an outlet for any reason. If we catch you plugged in you will be removed from the event and banned from the group with all fees paid forfeit.  


GENRATORS
For outdoor shows we do allow you to bring a generator. This generator must be silent and set up away from other vendors. If you can not make that happen you will not be allowed to use it.. 

REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds. In a couple cases we have, depending on what the reason is otherwise we do not. If a show is cancelled due to weather conditions we will credit you that amount for another show. If you need to cancel a show because of a family emergency or simply sick we will also credit you that amount towards another show. All credit must be used within 1 year. ​

WEATHER-CANCELED SHOWS
For outdoor events if we get weather if 50% or more of the show is completed the event is complete. If less then 50% is in all attending will get 50% off an upcoming event. For shows we simply had to cancel all who are signed up will be given that credit to use at another event. 

DRAW TABLES-RAFFLES
During certain events we will have a gift table for shoppers. This will be announce with the event. Each attending vendor is required to gift an item for this table. Towards the end of the event names will be drawn for that shopper to win a prize off that table. 

ANNOUNCEMENTS
All of our general announcements are done via our Facebook page. Make sure you are part of it. N.U. Craft & Vendors Events

FACEBOOK EVENT PAGES
When you sign up for an event you are REQUIRED to make a post on that event page that you are attending which must include pictures. All posts must be done 30 days before the event unless you signed up after the 30 day mark at which point your post must be made right away. No exceptions. The link for the Facebook Event Page is under the event in our website in green that says CLICK HERE. This is not an option. ​

ADVERTISING
For most events we DO NOT have placements for attending vendors. If we do! we will announce this on the Facebook event page itself with a map for you to view. We do have certain vendors we do place in certain spots, but this is only for them. 

VENDOR PLACEMENT
We do not get into vendor placement during shows with the exception of one- Heather with Everything but the Sink. Our shows are FCFS. If we do have vendor placement a map will be included on the event signup page in the website as well as shared on the event page on Facebook. 

DRINKING
We do not allow any attending crafter/vendor to consume alcohol at any time during our events. If we catch you having a drink you will be removed on the spot, banned from the group with all fees paid forfeit. 

BOOTHS
When you sign up for an event it is YOU who must attend the booth. We do NOT allow you to sell off or transfer to another party without our consent. No exceptions.

NO SHOWS
If you are signed up for an event we expect you to be present. If you do not show for an event you are considered a no-show and will be automatically banned with all fees paid forfeit. 

DOUBLE BOOKING EVENTS
Check your schedule before you sign up for our events. If you decide down the road you want to cancel a show because you double booked you will NOT be refunded nor given credit for that event. We've had a couple vendors do this. Sign up with us and later find another show so they decided to give us a lie to cancel. We're not going to play that game with any crafter/vendor.

APPEARANCE-DRESSING
We expect all who are attending to dress appropriate. We have families that come to our events and we will not allow someone to be present who does not know how to dress.

FOOD VENDORS
Food type vendors, make sure the expiration date on your product is good. If we catch a food vendor selling expired product or close to expired with not enough time to use the product you will be removed and banned. 

FOOD/ALCOHOL
We DO NOT allow any product to be sold at our events that contain any amount of alcohol. Period. If any vendor is caught selling such a product you will be removed and banned with all fees paid forfeit. No exceptions. ​​


Any violation of our rules listed here or on the event page registration forms themselves for each event will result in you being banned from this group with all fees paid forfeit. No exception.
