Welcome to New Ulm Events!
After a really good 2022 we are looking forward to 2023! All of our indoor events went over very well with the exception of Holly Days, traffic was very low and we are not really sure why except that it was a VERY beautiful weekend. After the event we also found out that other events did not have that great of a turn out either, so something took place that weekend. Shop the Lots were awesome! We had a lot of fun with the Crafters & Vendors that joined us. Met a few new ones as well which is always great. CraftoberFest was HUGE! But, this is New Ulm and it is during OktoberFest so that's a given. After wanting to drop CraftoberFest down to 2 days instead of 3, we were out voted by the vendors. In the end it was vendors 41/us 1. We lost. Lol So 3 days it will stay. Love-A-Fair & March Madness are done. Not bad events. February started out really slow. Wasn't really sure how it would turn out, but the vendors said they would do the show again so we will keep doing a February show. March went over pretty good. Traffic was steady for the most part. We of course had fun ourselves. Spring Fling - Sat., April 8 10am to 3pm at the New Ulm Best Western We will have the Easter bunny handing out eggs to the kids and taking pictures. Some of the eggs will have a slip for the kid to win a LARGE egg which they will be able to pick themselves. Vendors will have discount slips for shoppers. Shop the Lot's - May 12, June 10, July 8, Aug. 12, Sept. 9 all 10am to 3pm at the City Parking lot at 2nd N. & Broadway. Pay attention to our Shop the Lots this year as we are bringing in Non-Profit groups for fundraising. CraftoberFest - Oct. 6 Noon to 5pm, Oct. 7 10am to 4pm & Oct. 14 10am to 4pm located on 1st St. N. between Broadway and Minnesota. We will also be taking Toy Donations for Santa's Closet during this event on all 3 days. Holly Days with Santa - Nov. 24 Noon to 5pm & Nov. 25 10am to 3pm at the New Ulm Best Western. We welcome our new Hotdog Roller Machine to the group which we will be using during our Shop the Lots with the Non-Profit groups that are joining us to help them raise funds. During each event with the group they will be selling hotdogs with all proceeds going to that group minus the cost of product.
